Ingredients

  • 1 box cranberries, ground (about 2 c.)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • rind of 2 oranges
  • 2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1 c. pineapple juice or water

Method

  • Grate rind of 2 oranges.
  • Add gelatine dissolved in pineapple juice or water.
  • Mix all ingredients and let congeal.
  • Will keep several weeks in refrigerator or you may freeze.
