Ingredients
- 1 box cranberries, ground (about 2 c.)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- rind of 2 oranges
- 2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1 c. pineapple juice or water
Method
- Grate rind of 2 oranges.
- Add gelatine dissolved in pineapple juice or water.
- Mix all ingredients and let congeal.
- Will keep several weeks in refrigerator or you may freeze.
