Ingredients
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Method
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add frozen raspberries; stir until gelatin starts to thicken.
- Add 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture to whipped topping; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended.
- Spoon evenly into 4 dessert bowls; top with the remaining gelatin.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- or until set.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
