Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Method

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  • until completely dissolved.
  • Add frozen raspberries; stir until gelatin starts to thicken.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture to whipped topping; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Spoon evenly into 4 dessert bowls; top with the remaining gelatin.
  • Refrigerate 15 min.
  • or until set.
  • Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
