Ingredients

  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup raspberries, divided
  • 14 cup pecans, chopped
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method

  • Combine milk, butter, and egg in a bowl.
  • In another bowl combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • Mix wet mixture into dry just until moistened.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture into each greased muffin tin.
  • Divide 1/2 the raspberries among cups.
  • Top with remaining batter then remaining raspberries in all cups.
  • Mix pecans, brown sugar, flour and melted butter together for topping.
  • Sprinkle streusel topping on top of muffins.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden.
