Ingredients
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 12 cups flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup raspberries, divided
- 14 cup pecans, chopped
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Method
- Combine milk, butter, and egg in a bowl.
- In another bowl combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Mix wet mixture into dry just until moistened.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture into each greased muffin tin.
- Divide 1/2 the raspberries among cups.
- Top with remaining batter then remaining raspberries in all cups.
- Mix pecans, brown sugar, flour and melted butter together for topping.
- Sprinkle streusel topping on top of muffins.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden.
