Ingredients

  • 6-8 good quality peaches (1 per guest)
  • 1/4 c brandy or other liquer
  • 1/4 c sugar free raspberry Torani syrup
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream

Method

  • Cut peaches in half and remove pit. Place them cut side down in a large aluminum lasagne pan. Pour brandy, water, and raspberry syrup over the peaches so that there is liquid surrounding all the peaches. Sprinkle nutmeg over the peaches. Cook on the BBQ on medium heat until they are soft, about 30-40 minutes. Add more water if the peaches are not cooked yet. Place 2 peach halves on each plate and serve with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Spoon remaining syrup over the ice cream.
