Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry soup mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- tomato soup and diced tomatoes or 2 cans Franco-American gravy
Method
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Form in shape of choice. Drain off all grease but a small amount.
- Pour tomato soup and diced tomatoes over meat loaf and place in oven and bake until soup is boiling.
- Or add 2 cans Franco-American mushroom gravy mix and place in oven until gravy is boiling.
- Bake 1 to 2 hours. Check the center for doneness.
