Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry soup mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • tomato soup and diced tomatoes or 2 cans Franco-American gravy

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together well.
  • Form in shape of choice. Drain off all grease but a small amount.
  • Pour tomato soup and diced tomatoes over meat loaf and place in oven and bake until soup is boiling.
  • Or add 2 cans Franco-American mushroom gravy mix and place in oven until gravy is boiling.
  • Bake 1 to 2 hours. Check the center for doneness.
