Ingredients

  • 3 lb. cooked turkey (leftover), diced
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper (sweet)
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • 1 can turkey or chicken broth

Method

  • In casserole, put layer of turkey sprinkled with chili pepper, layer of soup mixture combined with broth and tomatoes. Next, a layer of tortilla strips, chopped onion, etc.
  • Cook for 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Uncover and cook for 15 minutes more.
  • Serves 8.
