Ingredients

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 450 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 4 tbsp Campari
  • 75 g fresh raspberries

Method

  • Place the frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup milk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and campari in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Distribute the fresh raspberries into glasses and half fill with the puree. Add 1 cup milk to the remaining shake in the blender and give it a quick blitz, to create foam, before topping off the glasses.
