Ingredients
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 450 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 200 g cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g caster sugar
- 4 tbsp Campari
- 75 g fresh raspberries
Method
- Place the frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup milk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and campari in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Distribute the fresh raspberries into glasses and half fill with the puree. Add 1 cup milk to the remaining shake in the blender and give it a quick blitz, to create foam, before topping off the glasses.
