Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. crushed pecans
- 1 (10 oz.) jar raspberry jam
Method
- Mix butter, sugar and salt.
- Add vanilla, pecans and flour. Press half of mixture in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Spread jam over top.
- Crumble remaining mixture on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
