Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Method
- Cream the sugar and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix. Add flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
- Mix. Add oats and Rice Krispies.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes in a 375° oven. Cool before removing from cookie sheet. Great for dunking in coffee; thin and crisp.
