Ingredients
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stirring well; add remaining ingredients.
- Cook, uncovered, over low heat 15 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve with ham.
- Yields 1 cup.
