Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
Method
- In a large bowl, combine Raisin Bran, sugar and flour.
- Add buttermilk, oil,
- eggs and raisins.
- Stir well.
- Pour into well-greased muffin pans.
- Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. This mixture will keep refrigerated for 5 to 6 weeks and can be baked as needed.
