Ingredients
- 8 oz. pasta
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch of ground dried chili or cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley, oregano or basil
- garlic (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Bring large pot of water with a little olive oil to boil.
- Add pasta.
