Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- salt and pepper
Method
- Rinse chicken breasts.
- Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine soup, sour cream, sherry and mushrooms; pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Delicious served with rice.
