Ingredients
- slices cold pork
- minced onion
- powdered sage, pepper and salt
- hard-cooked eggs
- 1 c. leftover gravy
- pastry
Method
- Arrange slices of cold pork in bottom of a casserole.
- Season with minced onion, sage, pepper and salt.
- Over this place a layer of hard-cooked eggs.
- Repeat until dish is nearly full.
- Pour a cup of leftover gravy.
- Top with pastry.
- Bake in hot oven (400°) until pastry is done, about 20 minutes.
