Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
- 2 graham cracker pie crusts
- 1/4 c. sugar (little more if sweeter)
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
- 1/4 c. strawberry juice
Method
- Soften the cream cheese several hours before using. Mix well with Cool Whip; add sugar, vanilla and strawberry juice. Pour into pie crusts. Let set about 3 hours before cutting.
