Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
- 1 (4 to 6 oz.) can green chili salsa
- French bread and/or veggies
Method
- Cut cheese into chunks and melt in a double boiler.
- Add diced green chilies and salsa.
- Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve warm with French bread chunks and/or veggies.
