Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pork chops, stew beef or chicken pieces
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown meat in electric skillet or large frying pan in oil or drippings.
- Add soup and water.
- Cover and simmer until meat is fork-tender (about 1 hour).
- Continue to add water as needed to make gravy.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
