Ingredients

  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 13 cup onion, chopped
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 dash apple cider vinegar
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • american cheese slice
  • sharp cheese slice
  • dill pickle slices

Method

  • Brown beef and onions in a skillet.
  • Simmer all ingredients for 15.
  • minutes.
  • If too sweet, add another sprinkle apple cider vinegar.
  • If too sour add more brown sugar.
  • Simmer another 5 minutes.
  • Butter.
  • and toast buns.
  • Put meat mixture on bottom bun.
  • Lay slices of.
  • american cheese then sharp cheese on the meat.
  • Then put under.
  • broiler to melt cheese on the meat.
  • Put a couple slices of.
  • hamburger pickles on top and top with hamburger bun.
  • Delicious!
