Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 small can oysters, cut up
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. cold water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Put margarine in saucepan.
- Add celery, oysters and seasonings and cook until tender.
- Add celery soup, milk and water.
- Cook until soup boils up well.
