Ingredients

  • 1 pound Easy Melt Cheese, Such As Velveeta Cut Into 1/2-inch Cubes
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, Undrained
  • 1- 1/2 pound 80/20 Premium Ground Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 12 Slider Buns

Method

  • Melt Velveeta and Rotel in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Keep it over low heat, stirring occasionally until ready to use.
  • Place the ground beef in a large bowl and add the Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, seasoning salt, kosher salt, and pepper.
  • Mix gently with a fork to combine.
  • Shape the meat into 12 thin patties of equal size and thickness.
  • Because these are a thinner style slider I recommend cooking them on a large flat skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • To assemble the sliders, place a burger on the bottom bun and top with 2 tablespoons of melted cheese.
  • Add the top bun and enjoy!
