Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground venison
- 1 (23 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/3 c. diced onion
- garlic salt
- black pepper
Method
- Brown venison; drain any grease.
- In a large stew pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce temperature to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season to taste with garlic salt and black pepper.
