Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (size L)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • a pinch of salt

Method

  • Separate eggs. Mix egg yolks with flour, baking powder and milk until you get a smooth and thick batter. Whisk egg whites until they peak and carefully fold into batter.
  • Heat a pan and pour a tiny amount of oil into it. Pour some of the batter into the pan (to get little fat pancakes) and fry for about two minutes on one side (until its bubbly on top). Flip the pancake over and cook until golden.
  • Serve with topping of choice (chocolate sauce, maple syrup, bacon, vanilla icecream etc).
