Ingredients
- 2 turkey breast cutlets
- 1 tsp. low-fat margarine or Mollie McButter
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Method
- Salt and pepper cutlets to taste; coat with margarine or Mollie McButter, mixed with small amount of water.
- Sprinkle chives on top.
- Place in shallow dish and bake at 325° for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve with baked potatoes topped with nonfat sour cream and chives.
- Add a garden salad with nonfat dressing.
