Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Peel and shred potato in food processor seperate into 2 or 3 piles depending on potato size
- Warm olive oil on medium fire in a small skillet
- Season and shape potatoes into rectangles
- Place seasoned potato rectangles into hot oil.
- Cook each side for appx.
- 5-7 min and flip as needed.
