Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), flattened slightly
- 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing (regular, low calorie or nonfat)
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- spaghetti sauce (commercial or freshly made)
- pasta, cooked and drained (about 3/4 lb.)
Method
- Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip chicken breasts in salad dressing first, and then bread crumb mixture.
- Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam, or lightly greased.
- Bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes, turning halfway through baking time. Serve with your choice of pasta, sauce and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
