Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), flattened slightly
  • 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing (regular, low calorie or nonfat)
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • spaghetti sauce (commercial or freshly made)
  • pasta, cooked and drained (about 3/4 lb.)

Method

  • Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip chicken breasts in salad dressing first, and then bread crumb mixture.
  • Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam, or lightly greased.
  • Bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes, turning halfway through baking time. Serve with your choice of pasta, sauce and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
