Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 3 c. cooked cut-up chicken (about 1 lb.)
Method
- In hot skillet, saute minced onion, chopped peppers, salt and paprika until onion is golden, approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in chicken soup; bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Stir in chicken; remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Delicious served over rice, in pastry cups, on noodles or toast points.
