Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 c. cooked cut-up chicken (about 1 lb.)

Method

  • In hot skillet, saute minced onion, chopped peppers, salt and paprika until onion is golden, approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in chicken soup; bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in chicken; remove from heat.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Delicious served over rice, in pastry cups, on noodles or toast points.
