Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. fryer
- 1 rib celery
- 1 onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Method
- Boil chicken, onion and celery.
- Debone chicken.
- Keep 4 cups of broth from fryer.
- Cut tortillas into strips.
- Drop strips one at a time into mixture.
- Add cream of chicken soup.
- Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
