Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Method
- Thaw fillets (sole, orange roughy, haddock or halibut), enough to separate.
- Arrange in buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Dash with pepper.
- Dot with butter.
- Spread soup over fillets; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- Bake in hot oven (400°) for 25 minutes.
