- 1 can Condensed milk
Method
- Put the can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker and fill with plenty of water about 1 cm above of the can.
- Once the pressure cooker starts to vigorously emit steam, reduce to low heat for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it sit another 20 minutes.
- Leave the can inside the cooker.
- Cool the can down first and open the top.
- Transfer the cream to a jar or container.
