Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c powdered milk
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 c all purpose flour
Method
- Combine top 4 ingredients
- Dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 1 c warm water
- After 5 minutes, add two mixtures
- Then add salt and flour, stir until well mixed
- Cover bowl and leave on counter overnight - do not refrigerate
- Roll out on bloured board in circle shape. Cut into 12 pie shaped pieces. Roll into crescents
- Place on greased sheet, cover with towel, and let raise for 4 hrs.
- Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes. Brush with melted butter
