Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 2 c. milk
- dash of salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into individual molds such as small custard dishes or very small souffle cups.
- Set molds in a pan of hot water and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes or until the blade of a table knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled.
