Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch pie crust
  • 1 c. 1/2 and 1/2 cream
  • 2 slices swiss cheese (7 x 4)
  • 1/2 c. chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms or 1 4 oz. can canned ham (size of a tuna fish can)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • Place slices of swiss cheese on bottom of crust. Sprinkle spinach, ham and mushrooms into crust. Mix eggs, 1/2 and 1/2 and salt. Pour into crust. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
