Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 large cans pineapple, drained
  • 3 qt. strawberries
  • 2 bags coconut
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Method

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together (sugar, butter, eggs, flour, milk and vanilla) and bake at 350° until done.
  • When cake is cooled completely, crumble, then put crumbled cake in punch bowl. Add in layers the strawberries, then pineapple, then coconut, then pudding and Cool Whip.
  • Keep adding ingredients until bowl is full with Cool Whip on top.
