Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 large cans pineapple, drained
- 3 qt. strawberries
- 2 bags coconut
- 1 large Cool Whip
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients together (sugar, butter, eggs, flour, milk and vanilla) and bake at 350° until done.
- When cake is cooled completely, crumble, then put crumbled cake in punch bowl. Add in layers the strawberries, then pineapple, then coconut, then pudding and Cool Whip.
- Keep adding ingredients until bowl is full with Cool Whip on top.
