Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. quick oats
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Method

  • Mix first four ingredients until crumbly.
  • Press in bottom of unbuttered 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients and beat well.
  • Pour over crust. Then combine 1/2 cup pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter together.
  • Sprinkle over top and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until it sets.
