- 3 cups Oats
- 1 cup Pepitas
- 1/4 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- Pinch Of Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, pepitas, sunflowers seeds, and sesame seeds.
- Over low heat, combine the butter, olive oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and spices and mix until combined.
- Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and stir well until thoroughly combined.
- Spread into an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-50 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes, until golden brown and very fragrant.
