Ingredients

  • 3 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Pepitas
  • 1/4 cups Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • Pinch Of Salt

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the oats, pepitas, sunflowers seeds, and sesame seeds.
  • Over low heat, combine the butter, olive oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and spices and mix until combined.
  • Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and stir well until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread into an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-50 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes, until golden brown and very fragrant.
