Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 3/4 cup grated pepper-jack cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce) box frozen, chopped spinach: thawed, drained, squeezed
  • 1 (13.75 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2-3 teaspoons finely chopped pickled jalapenos (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In medium mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese and mayo until smooth
  • Stir in the peppers, cheeses, spinach, artichokes, onion and jalapenos.
  • Place mixture in a glass pie plate
  • Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
