Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 3/4 cup grated pepper-jack cheese
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen, chopped spinach: thawed, drained, squeezed
- 1 (13.75 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 2-3 teaspoons finely chopped pickled jalapenos (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 375
- In medium mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese and mayo until smooth
- Stir in the peppers, cheeses, spinach, artichokes, onion and jalapenos.
- Place mixture in a glass pie plate
- Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
