Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Method
- Combine milk and pudding in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats spoon (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients.
- Stir until smooth. Store in airtight container in refrigerator (3 cups pudding).
