Ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- few dashes nutmeg and cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 large cans evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 pie shells (uncooked)
Method
- Mix ingredients and pour into 2 prepared pie shells.
- Bake at 500° for 8 minutes, then lower temperature to 325° and bake until firm.
