Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 envelope D-Zerta vanilla or butterscotch pudding
- 1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 c. (1 No. 303 can) cooked pumpkin
- 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. sugar substitute
Method
- Beat eggs until frothy.
- Stir pudding mix and evaporated milk to smooth paste.
- Add this and all other ingredients to eggs and stir until well blended.
