Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. canned pumpkin (1 average can)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. baking raisins
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Mix all wet ingredients, now mix together.
- Add nuts and raisins.
- Pour into two 8 or 9-inch round pans, that have been oiled and floured.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
