Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 c. Wesson or corn oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. white sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Beat eggs, oil and pumpkin for 3 minutes, then add dry ingredients and beat 5 minutes.
- Fill 3 loaf pans half full.
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
- Serve with whipped cream or cream cheese.
