Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups wheat flour
  • 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 1 12 cups Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
  • 1 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 23 cup water

Method

  • Sift Dry ingredients together, including sugar and splenda.
  • Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture; mix until blended.
  • Makes 3 big loaves, 4 medium, 6 small, or 2 large and 1 Med.
