Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or 2 c. cooked pumpkin or butternut squash
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- raisins and chopped nuts to taste

- If you use your own cooked pumpkin or squash you may need more flour, up to 4 cups.
