Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 2 c. mixed vegetables
- 1 c. green beans, frozen
- 2 c. or more liquid
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. spaghetti (rice)
Method
- Cook beef and onion together until onions are tender and drain off fat.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Simmer slowly 30 minutes or more.
- Add more seasonings if needed.
- Makes a big pot of soup. This is good leftover or it may be frozen.
