Ingredients
- 1 tbsp season salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp sage
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8 lb pork shoulder butt
Method
- mix dry and wet ingredients together in crock pot
- place pork shoulder in crock on low for 8 hours to cook
- after pork falls off bone remove from crock and discard water
- put pork in deep flat bottom cooking tray and shred with tongs or butcher knife
- once shredded to satisfaction place on large roll and top With favorite BBQ sauce
