Ingredients
- 1 pie shell with crust to cover
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 (7.5 oz.) tins minced clams
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. clam liquor
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients and pour into a deep pie shell.
- Cover with upper crust and pierce top crust with a fork.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve with a pitcher of smooth, creamy white sauce.
