Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- frozen potatoes (hash browns)
Method
- Leave potatoes out of freezer about 15 minutes and then pound package until potatoes are separated.
- Don't thaw out too much. Mix all together.
- Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and drizzle on 1 stick butter or margarine.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
