Ingredients

  • 36 slices Prosciutto Crudo, Or A Substitute
  • 36 teaspoons Cottage Cheese
  • Chives

Method

  • Chop the chives and mix them with the cottage cheese.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then take the slices of prosciutto crudo and put a teaspoon of the cottage cheese on each one.
  • Its best to make a line on one of the smaller ends of the slice instead of a dollop in the middle.
  • Now roll the slice up and either bind it together with a chive (not so easy, actually) or use a toothpick.
  • Prepare shortly before serving or keep in the fridge, so the cheese doesnt get too warm.
