Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- parsley to taste
- 1/4 lb. Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
Method
- Place 1 slice of Prosciutto and one slice of tomato on each piece of bread.
- Top with a slice of the cheese and a sprinkle of the parsley.
- Place on a cookie sheet and broil until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
