Ingredients
- 1 pkg. au jus mix
- 1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- 1 can beef broth
- 3 c. water
- 3 to 4 lb. roast (frozen and cut to fit in crock-pot)
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients with 3 cups water.
- Put frozen roast in crock-pot.
- Pour liquid mixture over it.
- Put lid on and cook on low overnight.
- Serve.
- Cut in thin slices on Kaiser buns.
- Use juice to dip sandwich in.
